WALL-E Promo Postcards

In what seems to be another example of postmodern paleo-futurist design (repurposing past visions and versions of the future) we have promotional postcards for the upcoming Disney/Pixar movie WALL-E. Apparently these were given out at Comic-Con 2007. (via The Disney Blog)

You can view the teaser trailer for WALL-E here.

There was a great viral ad site for Wall E that had all kinds of fake marketing pages about this service and that product, including some of the robots from the film. It's down right now and I can't locate a cache of it. Maybe it went live too early and Pixar pulled it. This is/was the site:

You can find a mirror of the Buy N Large site at http://www.buynlarge.com/bnl.swf

Also, WALL-E was completely snubbed for a well-deserved Best Pic Oscar, amongst many others. /fan-rant
