paleofuture.tv [episode 00000]
Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 11:28PM Rather than finish the magazine I've been working on for months*, I edited the premiere episode of paleofuture.tv yesterday. As you can see, it has the the production values of amateur porn, but with 37% less nudity.**
The first episode is about food, and as I learn a bit more about how to properly put these kinds of videos together the quality of the episodes will hopefully improve. I hope it's not a complete waste of your time, and I'll get back to blogging more regularly as my move from Minneapolis to Full Bladerunner, CA has been achieved. Enjoy.
*Sorry that it's taken so long. It really will be done soon.
**You can't tell, but I'm naked from the waist down.

We did end up with synthetic food though - it's called McDonald's!
More, please. If necessary, I will eat vehgehtahbuhls.
Good work Matt, very good work!
Your blog and now your videos are a very entertaining way to learn about a piece of our close history.
I appreciate a lot what you do and i think that your work will become a useful tool for me when I will educate my little boy.
I hope that, with your help, he will not become a ignorant young man that think like that:
-Oh daddy, why did you spent so much time in library in your youth? Didn't you have Google those days?
Keep the good work! I support you from Romania,
George
So great, thanks!
Chears from france :)
Not bad. Suggestions: Get a mic, at least for voiceovers. Wear a different vintage T-shirt each episode.
This is great! Your site has become a source of inspiration for me. Thanks! :)
Really enjoyed this, and would like more!
Like Kent suggested, try using a mic for voiceovers, but other than the audio this was well done.
Dope!
I don't know why this hasn't caught on. It's a good concept. In the old days, Discovery would have picked this up.
I suppose it's high time your roommate watched your .tv trials. As part-time staffer, part-time cheer leader of techno-history: I dig it! Good job, dude.
Also: You need a better editor.
Sooo.. are you taken?
Wouldn't it add to the ironic distance if I could watch these videos on my iPad?
"It's got a cold spot right there.."
Loved it Matt, look forward to more (?)
Love the Horizons music sprinkled throughout.
